The front of the machine stands up; the cup sits on its drip tray on the table. The stream crosses the hinge into it — which is the whole reason this app exists.
Tent mode
Stood in a ∧ on the counter it becomes a big pour-over timer, your month in stacks of cups, and your coffee selfie. The screen stays awake while it stands.
No Duo required
On every other iPhone the machine and the cup share one screen, and everything — the counter, the timer, the selfie — works exactly the same.
THE POUR
A shot you can watch
Press espresso, lungo, americano or cappuccino. The grinder rattles, the needle climbs to nine bar and a thin stream runs into the cup — dark first, then blond, crema gathering, steam rising.
Sound made live
The grinder, the pump and the pour are synthesised as they happen, so no two shots sound the same. Tap the full cup and you hear it go.
Machines to swipe
Swipe the machine to change it, swipe the cup to change the cup. Seven machines and six cups come free.
Your cups, drunk
A cup counts when you drink it, not when you make it — so playing with the machine never spoils the numbers.
