Privacy Policy

Duo Coffee collects no personal data. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your device

• Your cups — when you drank each one, what it was, which cup it was in and its caffeine. Stored on the device and removed when you delete the app.
• Your settings — the machine and cup you last chose, your daily caffeine limit, and whether you have seen the tips.
• Your coffee selfie photo — the last face you cut out, kept on the device so the collage can show it again.

None of it is transmitted anywhere.

Camera and photos

The camera and your photo library are used only when you make a coffee selfie, and only for the photo you take or pick. The face is cut out on the device with Apple's built-in image tools; the photo is never uploaded. Saving the finished picture to Photos happens only when you choose to.

Apple Health

If you switch on Health, Duo Coffee writes the caffeine in each cup you drink to Apple Health. It never reads any Health data. Health data is not used for advertising or shared with anyone.

Purchases

Premium is bought through the App Store. The payment is handled entirely by Apple; Duo Coffee only learns from the App Store whether Premium is owned, and receives no payment or personal details.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date, and any feature that would collect data would be described plainly before it shipped.
